Contingent Workforce Program Manager EMEA – UBER

Uber Financial Operations is looking for a Contingent Workforce Program Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and oversight of our contingent workforce program in EMEA including suppliers, contractors, overall program administration and compliance with the assistance of our managed service provider. You should be innovative and love to dive into complex problems.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the day-to-to program needs for EMEA, including managing the MSP, the VMS and the contingent suppliers
• Support Uber hiring managers’ with their contractor needs, including advising them on the various types of contractor engagements.
• Serve as thee escalation point for any issues that hiring managers bring up
• Monitor changing legislation that impacts contingent labor

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the contingent workforce programs space with increasing responsibilities
• Experience monitoring legislative changes regarding the management of non-employees around the globe. You should be aware of and knowledgeable about equal pay initiatives in various countries.
• Some flexibility in working hours, allowing you to interact with the global team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to solve complex problems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong program management and program improvement skills
• Strong knowledge, understanding and managing of program compliance, MSP and VMS platforms and programs. Fieldglass experience is a plus!
• Ability to succeed and solution creatively and thrive in a fast paced working environment
