Scoober is setting off in new cities and countries, supporting our partner restaurants with deliveries. That’s where you come in… All about the role As our Junior Consultant Third Party Staffing, you’re responsible together with the team for ensuring that our high-volume courier hiring is successful. That involves bringing in the right number of couriers and working with third parties to ensure that every new hire is on the payroll ahead of their start date. Communication is an integral part of this role, and you’ll be the first point of contact for our operations and suppliers. Alongside the Global Vendor Manager Couriers and a team of experienced Project Managers, you’ll work on key topics like peak recruitment management, vendor selection, system integrations, cost control and compliance. In this wide-ranging role, we’re also counting on you to: Collaborate with local suppliers in multiple countries Work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Finance & HR Use data to gain insights on the supplier rates & supplier performance Work on (supporting) the execution of multiple, diverse projects Drive processes in compliance with policies, guidelines and local legislation & make sure our vendors are compliant Work together with the team to support the launch of Scoober in new countries, roll out of process improvements, vendor management and related projects Can you deliver… Here are the ingredients we need from you: 2+ years’ experience in a global sourcing or staffing environment, or relevant HR roles Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and cultural sensitivity Ability to work independently and get things done Ability to manage multiple priorities & deadlines in a fast-paced environment Fluent English (written & spoken).
